Writing for english. Hurf Durf I felt so frantic that the hairs on my arms stood up. This was not a jocular matter; something was coming my way. My bedroom was quite large, and in the pitch dark, I couldn't see all of the way across it...to where the closet was. To where the door was ever so slightly ajar.... But, my God, could I smell it. The horrible stench of atrophy floated across to my nostrils in a macabre, nauseating parade of rot. I wanted to retch.
